Weigh-in

Final weight: 180.4 lbs.
Weight lost this week: 0.6 lb.
Total weight lost: 14.4 lbs.

Well, a loss is a loss right? Which is a win, correct? It's not a lot but considering I came from the bachelor party on Sunday weighing in at 187, that's not too shabby!

Let's hit 175 now!

Day 70: Chest & Back followed by Ab Ripper X

Damn. I really had some serious energy going tonite. Not sure what it was but I was really pumped up to work. Maybe the rest yesterday did me some good. This was the last time doing Chest & Back, one of my favorite workouts. I really gave it my all on the push-ups and hit another personal high. I went from 214 push-ups last week to 250 this week!

Lets look at todays numbers versus day one:

Each type of push-up is repeated twice:

Standard
-
Week 1: 25 / 20
Week 10: 45
/ 35

Military-
Week 1: 8 / 5
Week 10: 15
/ 12

Wide Fly-
Week 1: 14 / 16
Week 10: 27
/ 27

Decline
-
Week 1: 4 / 4
Week 10: 16 / 16

Diamond-

Week 1: 2 /1
Week 10: 25 / 18

Dive Bomber
-
Week 1: 4 / 1
Week 10: 8 / 4

So, in 10 weeks I went from 99 to 250 push-ups.

Day: 68 & 69 Kenpo & Rest

Not much to report here other than I actually rested on my rest day!

Besides new pants and new shirts, I have to now add new belts to my list! I'm using the last notch on all my belts. Time for smaller everything.

Day 67: Legs & Back followed by Ab Ripper X

Ouch.

Well, last night was Nick's big bachelor party. I worked up a hell of sweat playing paintball and did quite a bit of running while doing so. I was feeling great going into yesterday since I finally hit the 170s with a morning weigh-in of 179.4

However, the monster burger for dinner and the 7, 8, 9...er 12. 16 beers? I don't know, I lost track by 2am and I didn't finally crash until 4am. Good times.

Breakfast wasn't much better with sausage, hashbrowns, biscuits & gravy & pancakes at Paul Bunyans.

After all was said and done (and drank), I went from 179.4 to 187.4 in less than 24 hrs. So much of that is water weight though and hopefully I can back on track in the next day or two.

I did make it through my workout today though!
