Day 46: Bonus post

10 POUNDS GONE!

11.6 lbs. to be exact. I seemed to skip right over the 10 pound mark which was 184 so I was really surprised when I saw 183.2 lbs. on the scale this morning.

    Once you're at your ideal weight, diet will need to be kept in check to maintain. Much easier than getting back to that point. Just keep an eye on the mirror after you're done. It'll tell you if you've slacked off.

  2. Thanks Wendell. Diet has never really been the issue for me which was always frustrating. It was the working out. I just never or rarely did it. At least now that I'm comfortable working out 6 days a week, once I reach my ideal weight, I'm hoping I can maintain it with 3-4 days a week.

  3. I hear ya, my actual diet has always been fairly clean. My problem has been the AMOUNT I put in my Pie Hole!
