Day 67: Legs & Back followed by Ab Ripper X

Ouch.

Well, last night was Nick's big bachelor party. I worked up a hell of sweat playing paintball and did quite a bit of running while doing so. I was feeling great going into yesterday since I finally hit the 170s with a morning weigh-in of 179.4

However, the monster burger for dinner and the 7, 8, 9...er 12. 16 beers? I don't know, I lost track by 2am and I didn't finally crash until 4am. Good times.

Breakfast wasn't much better with sausage, hashbrowns, biscuits & gravy & pancakes at Paul Bunyans.

After all was said and done (and drank), I went from 179.4 to 187.4 in less than 24 hrs. So much of that is water weight though and hopefully I can back on track in the next day or two.

I did make it through my workout today though!

  1. We all have to sacrifice sometimes hey? Sounds like you had a blast.

    Don't worry about the weight gain, it's just water from all the carbs and sodium you took in. Increase your water intake today and tomorrow, and you'll be back to the 179 mark by Wednesday morning, if not sooner.
